Last night we had an emergency call out to a customer that had got their Mortice key stuck in the lock from the inside and needed to get the problem sorted as they were due to fly the next morning.

Today we welded a chubb 3G114 to a customers gate after someone had broken the last one.

Today we received a call from a customer that was locked out in the cold, we arrived within 30 minutes and got them safely back into their property.

Tonight we had an emergency lock out where a young ladies Chubb 3G114 had stopped working and she needed to get back in from the cold, our engineer arrived within 30 minutes and completed the job much to the customers satisfaction.

Today we upgraded an old Wellington SASHLOCK to a new Securefast british standard one, customer was very pleased.

Today we had an emergency callout to board up a broken window for one of our letting agents.

We had an emergency callout last night from a customer who had locked his deadlock from the inside and the lock had broken and he was unable to leave the property, we picked open the 5 Lever Era Lock and replaced it for a brand new fully working lock, the customer was very pleased.
